Magnolia Cuddly Horse Baby Card

Hello all,

I had some time this afternoon to work on a baby card for my husbands niece. Tiffany and her husband Patrick just found out they are expecting their first child. So I wanted to make a special card for them. I tried sewing this card which is the first time I have ever sewed a card. I have been inspired by so many wonderful women in the Magnolia-licious group. I even did the inside of the card which is another first for me.
I am going to enter this card in the just Magnolia Challenge you can find here.

For some reason the pictures I take of my Copic markers seem to be fuzzy so I am going to list them since I didn't have to use to many here ya go:
Y000, Y11, YG11, B00, E59, E39, E13 and G21

Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black and Distress Ink Broken China

Design Paper by Moxxie called Blessed
Magnolia Cuddly Horse # 611 from the Love Collection 2009
You can purchase Cuddly horse here from Magnolia web site.
The other stamps used are retired Stamin Up stamps
Well I think that is it if you have time to leave a message I would love to here what you think.

Tilda colored by Blaize 7 years old

I just had to post this little Butterfly Tilda that my grand daughter Blaize colored. Blaize loves to color Tilda's just as much as I do. We spend a lot of time in the craft room together. I cherish every minute that we get to spend together.

You can purchase Butterfly Tilda at Magnolia-licious

Now like I said Blaize colored Tilda and I did the rest. Blaize loves to read so I thought I would make her a book mark. I added star dust Stickles all over her wings. The Girls Rock stamp is out of a Hannah Montana stamp set I picked up at Walmart in a clearance bin. The paper is Stampin Up.

If you have time to leave a comment that would be great. Blaize loves to read the comments.

Hi Everyone,

I hope that everyone is having a great Memorial Weekend. I found some time today to make a card that I am going to enter in the Friday Sketchers. You can find Friday Sketchers here http://fridaysketchersblog.blogspot.com/

I selected one of my Tilda's for this card. The Design Paper is from Imaginisce (Summer Cool and Bubblegum Blast). Solid color cardstock is some that I got from QVC. I made the flower on the card with The sunflower out of the Spellbinder Edgeabilities (Sunflower Garden). I snipped the petals to give them some dimension and filled the center of the flower with Sweet Pea Flower Soft and some Martha Sewart glitter which is not showing very well in the picture.

Please let me know what you think of the card I would love to hear your comments.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Hi Everyone,

I finally got another card finished tonight to share with you. This stamp is from the new Victoria Case collection designed for Susana's Custom Art and Card Design here is a link to her online store http://www.susanascustomartandcarddesign.com/. Susana has great customer service and very fast shipping check her out if you haven't had a chance.
I used a lot of my copic markers to color this one. I have so much card stock and some of it is several years old so I really don't know what company's card stock I am using so that I can tell you. I used some diamond stickles to add a little bling to the flowers and the dragonflys that I punched out. I also filled the little girls eyes with crystal effects . I got the idea from Suzanne Dean. I really like the effect and thought it was a great idea. Suzanne has a fabulous blog and many very helpful video tutorials to help you with you copic coloring. She really rocks.
I hope I did this cute little girl justice. Let me know what you think I would love to hear your comments.
Thanks for looking
